Andy Rautins free signing in Syracuse

Rautins will be signing for free at the State Fairgrounds in Syracuse April 18 from 10-4. Actually, it's only free for the first 500, at possibly only if you buy "their item," whatever that is. After 500, it's $10 with "their item" and $25 with your own.
