Bob Gibson at Barnes and Noble (St. Louis)

Just found out the HOF Bob Gibson will be signing his book at Barnes and Noble. Has anyone attended a book signing and had success getting them to sign something else?

I need a baseball signed but not sure if it is worth my time.

Being his past rep, not that great, and B+N usually won't allow you to get anything else signed, I wouldn't count on it.........

The only times I've gotten something other than a book signed at a book signing was when there wasn't a line.

Well I called them here is the rundown.

He will be signing the book from 7-9 PM. They are giving away line tickets with 50 for each letter. A= 1-50 B= 51-100 C= 101-150 and so on.

As of 2 PM Central time today they were at E.

No outside items, no pics with, no inscriptions, the whole shebang as usual.

So showing up tomorrow and expecting to get something is most unlikely.
