Just found this... Not sure if I will still be in NY at the time though... Doubt he would sign an additional item, with the size of the lines that will be there, but you never know(Magic Johnson does)...

I can pretty much guarantee he will not sign other items, BUT you can call and ask if he will sign his other books. He has a number of books, including a really nice oversize one from the mid-1990's that looks amazing signed.

Book signings in NYC are the worst with the outside items policy

He didn't sign outside items a couple years ago in Chicago when he came through.

Per the Borders website, Ripken is scheduled for 3/1, not 1/10. He'll have a kids fictional baseball book out that will be signed.

Snooki form Jersey Shore of all people is scheduled for 1/10 (if anyone needs JWOWW, she'll be there on 2/9 lol).

Ripken usually doesn't do anything outside at these, but you never know. Would be nice if he pulled a "Magic" act and did an outside item if you bought the book.
