Sending in 2 16's via mail order...thanks for posting this Dan.
Also, via e-mail from them, they said you can add a "request" for him to inscribe something, but they can't promise he will and I don't know if he does, if they'll charge an extra fee. They didn't mention the extra charge in the e-mail back though.

For mail-ins:
SASEs can be sent, a "request" for an inscription can be sent with your item(s), but it's not guaranteed he'll do it, Longo holo on all items, MVP holo/COA can be requested for an additional 5 bucks.
