Hamilton book signing: Now that he isn't taking road trips with the Astros, play-by-play radio broadcaster Milo Hamilton will be filling his days with other baseball-related projects when the team is out of town.
On Wednesday, Hamilton will throw the ceremonial first pitch prior to the Double-A Corpus Christi game. He will also sign his book, "Making Airwaves," at Whataburger Field prior to the game, from 5-6:30 p.m. CT.
Hamilton will have another book signing on May 8 in Round Rock, home of the Triple-A Astros. Nolan Ryan, who owns both clubs, bought 300 books for the two events, 150 for each venue.
