Is Josh Hamilton a possibility?

Josh has always been a great guy and a great signer. Since he's made his way out of "hell" with his drug/alcohol addition, he's been doing a lot of things with and for fans. There's a great article about him in SI this week. I'm wondering if anyone has tried to do a private signing with him? Maybe we can get one together if there's a lot of interest.

Just my opinion but he is so easy I dont think we would need to a signing with him. I think someone on here tried a signing with him in the winter and it was like 10-20 an item before this season. If you really need him make a post in the 50/50 as I did and got 3 responses in less than a day.

I have a feeling he'll be responding to all his mail once the season is over. I had a success with him in 2007 and I didn't receive it until some time during the off-season.

I approached his agent before he started this incredible year. Rates were $25k for 1000 items. I passed.

Too bad about the prices, but I'd definitely be interested if something shakes out. Its awesome that he's great at the ballpark, but that isn't an option for everyone.
