It's not really a Kobe signing... Lamar Odom is launching his clothing line "Rich Soil" and they list Kobe as a special guest. I think tickets for the event are available for $400.

Just got word back from a friend, Kobe & Lamar both signed 1 per person. Kobe ONLY signed his "KB" initials w/ # and the Lamar item HAD to be personalized. No COA was given for either item.

He didn't notice anybody outside the complex, just the ticket holders at the event.
