*Randy will not be signing jerseys with less that 4 signatures on them

Any good reason Randy refuses to sign a jersey by himself? I could even see charging a different rate but I find it odd that he doesnt do it at multiple signings now

thats one of his weird quirks that he has always done for some reason.
