When I was in Holland recently I spoke to several players and explained to them that I am a member of a community who love to get cards signed. All of the below have said that they are happy to sign for a very small fee when I return to Holland at the start of September:

alan..Kingsale spent alot of time in the Orioles organization...Frederick, Bowie in the mid to late 90s I believe.
Also yes it is the guy who played a bit for the Tigers.
