The annual Smokey Joe Williams banquet will be held next month on Feb 4. Tentatively scheduled to appear are
Fergie Jenkins (Though he was there last year), Jim "Mudcat" Grant, JR Richard, Vida Blue and Al Downing. Cost is $25.

Jenkins charged $10 for autographs

As soon as I have all correct information I will post it.

If you live near San Antonio I highly encourage you to attend. It is a fun night listening to great players tell stories.

I was told by a friend who goes every year that the date of the banquet is Feb 4.

I just called the Seguin city office. All of the players listed above will be there, cost is $25.00. Call the number if you want tickets.

Also there is an additional player in attendance, Cleveland Grant.
