Yes its done all the time..The guy did it for everyone on the matt stafford and calvin johnson signings...

If seen people ask before, just always wondered what the purpose was.

Makes sense I guess. It just threw me off when the one guy wouldn't get a graph because a picture wasn't being taken.....I mean, unless your taking the picture is their really anyway to know if it was your item being signed. I thought maybe someone thought it somehow added value.
