2009-10 Baseball Fan Fests

I am so jealous of you guys that have teams that actually have a fanfest. For the life of me, I can't understand why the Dodgers don't have one. All we get is the caravan. I know McCourt is trying to save money but even having a paid event would generate a great turnout here.

Does anyone know how the Rays fan fest works? Do you stand in a line for a particular player(s) that you want to get? I'm looking to possibly fly down this year because I need to get Pat Burrell on my 2008 Phillies World Series Champions bat, if I'm sure to get him.

Yes you have to stand in line for the players you want..Not sure how long they sign for..

they usually rotate them out after 45mins to an hour. Burrells line last year wasnt too bad and this year I am sure it is going to be even shorter. you would be sure to get him if 1. he is a signer this year and 2. you get a little early and get a good spot in line.

They sign for an hour I think. They dont announce the list until like the week of the event so you have no way of finding out if he's even going to be there this year.

Tigerfest

The Detroit Tigers finally announced who will be at Tigerfest this Saturday. I wish they would bring back a couple former players once in a while like other teams do.
