How do you find out about IPs in your area is there a site or something? Help me out please

Also check your local papers. A lot of times there will be player appearences and signings in your paper.

You go onto the site click on Autograph Events then select future events then select free service.

But not all information is given. To get every appearance listed on Signings Hotline you must be a paying member.

Signingshotline is worth the price of being a member. As for other events there is no magical one website that lists every athlete appearance. Reading your local sports section checkin websites like this and local team websites and messageboards are all good strategies. In other words research.
