Given that Jonathan was unable to sign anyone's items (save a few select kids), and that everyone received a Spinners ball signed in black sharpie, if he was the main goal, the results were not good. If Hagadone, Kapler (if you waited for him to arrive), Papelbon twins, Giese, Alicea, Monboquette, Scooter Jordan, Dick Berardino were acceptable, you would have done just fine.

I only had two or three people complain to me all night. But I imagine disappointed/upset would describe most people on here. Since there were 350 of the 400 tickets sold before Papelbon was announced, most people were thrilled just to get the Spinners ball.

I have never been one to complain about a signature until now, my goodness is that terrible.

yikes that all I gotta say! Amazing how these players are changing their signatures dramatically. I have one SS ball of him from his first day playing for AAA Pawtucket, it reads Jonathan Papelbon letter for letter!
