I made him an offer he couldn't refuse! Just kidding. My buddy is a good friend of Pedro's brother-in-law and got him to help me out. I paid for it but I think I got my money's worth.

With the help of Efrain Valdez I was able to track down former Twins minor leaguer, Francisco Valdez. Frank has minor league cards from 1988-1991. If anyone would like to get their cards signed of him, all I'm asking for is to include an extra card for Frank for each one he signs for you.
