Phillies/ Blue Jays spring training site question

I'm going to be in Clearwater for work next week. I'll definitely have some downtime such that i could make it by their camps if there were anything worth going for. Does anybody here know or have experience with spring training camps this early? I figured it would be mostly minor leaguers there if anybody this early.......

Any help is really appreciated?

If anything is going on it will be a piece of cake doing the Phillies. Not sure who would even be there quite this early but you may be able to see some minor leaguers around if anyone.
