Looks like so far it is only the minor league team dinners (for a fee): Lakewood, Williamsport, Reading and Allentown. Sandberg and Manuel at each.

Yep thats the only places I have seen anything so far. No mall signings or other appearances that I have seen.

i did reading last year and got cholly and amaro headed in. cholly said "geez man you couldnt wait til i got in?" wanted to reply no way in hell i was paying $60 to get in but i didnt

They used to do malls to help sell tickets in outlying areas. With the string of sellouts they now focus on hyping ticket sales for minor league affiliates.
