"Dillard's and Perry Ellis will team for an afternoon of fashion and basketball from noon to 2:30 p.m. Saturday in the men's department in the east store. Spend $50 or more on Perry Ellis merchandise and receive a basketball that, time permitting, may be signed by Westbrook."

Per the small print on the ad, he will only be signing autographs on items that Perry Ellis and Dillards supply. No other merchandise or memorabilia will be signed.

I wont be going to this. No chance I pay $50 for a cheap ball signed by Westbrook. I have no interest in the clothing.
