Come out Saturday to see (and get autographs) from Braves pitcher Tim Hudson and three other major leaguers.

St. Louis' Colby Rasmus, Florida's Wes Helms and Selma High grad Jai Miller, most recently with Kansas City, are scheduled to appear.

They're appearing from noon-2:30 p.m. at the new Capital City Sportsplex (map), which is operated by city native Rob Macrory, a teammate of Hudson's at Auburn. The Sportsplex will include a revamped Strike Zone, which Macrory opened two years ago.

There is an admission price -- $10 per family and all money goes to the Hudson Family Foundation

This is in Montgomery, AL.

From MontgomeryAdvertiser.com:

"Atlanta Braves pitcher and former Auburn All-American Tim Hudson will be in town Saturday to help a former teammate open a new baseball/softball training facility.

Hudson is one of four major leaguers who will be at the Capital City Sportsplex from noon-2:30 p.m. Saturday. The facility is in the old Sam's Club building at the corner of Woodmere and East Boulevard.
St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Colby Rasmus, a prep All-American at Russell County High, along with Wes Helms of the Florida Marlins and Jai Miller of the Kansas City Royals will also be on hand. Miller is a Selma High graduate.

The Capital City Sportsplex is run by Rob Macrory and includes the Strike Zone that he opened two years ago. Macrory is a Montgomery native and former Auburn teammate of Hudson's. The Strike Zone is relocating from the old McLendon Furniture warehouse, also on East Boulevard.

Admission Saturday is $10 per family with all money going to the Hudson Family Foundation."
