I’m always surprised to hear how much guys have changed. I saw him a lot when he was in the Mariners org and I don’t remember him ever refusing or being anything but nice.
I think he got hit hard when he went above Low A or maybe it was A. I get getting hammered. I think it is the path you choose in responding that defines you as a person though. Having your teammate sign cards of you essentially in front of the person who asked you(he had the cards in the mesh dugout at spring training so I couldn't see who was signing) is not, what I consider a quality person. He also was kind of a douche in Norfolk as well.

I think a lot has to do with east coast and west coast graphing. The crowds in the west are nowhere near the crowds in the east.
