What an absolute joke about Brett. It's rather ironic they would release this information after they sold Fast Passes for the event. I think there are going to be a lot of pissed off people, myself included, because there were nowhere near as many Passes sold for Saturday as Friday (I'm sure this is due mainly to Brett). I've already called about refunding my money and am supposed to get a call back.

For anyone in the same boat because of Brett, the number I called to get refunded was 1-800-676-9257

If you want to know specifically the name of the individual who was eventually able to help issue the refund you can pm me and I will let you know. I will not post it out here. In my opinion, a Fast Pass is definately not worth it if Brett isn't among the signers it can be used for. There's a reason why they nearly sold out of them for Saturday when everyone was under the impression Brett was participating and why they may have sold 10 on Friday.

I agree about the irritation and told them when I called they need to get prepared for it.

well the trainwreck that is this event has already started. 10 minutes ago I got an email saying my flight was canceled and I was re-booked onto a flight that would get me into Kansas City at 9:15pm. FAIL. I called delta got myself an earlier flight, and called the shuttle to advise them of the new plan...heart attack avoided.
