Vinatieri is so much cheaper on eBay! I remember after the second Super Bowl I bought a lot of three signed 8x10s (Snow Bowl, Super Bowl, Colllage) for $26 delivered from a signing.

For guys like Gino and Baylor, I can't imagine ever paying that when both are fantastic TTM signers. Sometimes I'll never understand signings.

The easier the signer, the more accommodating they will be to do an In-Person signing. Which means cheaper costs for the promoter, and they can make more profit, as long as people buy tickets for them.
