I'll be doing a book consignment on him in a week or two. If you want a book signed by the hardest to get astronaut, i will do them for 75 dollars. PSA books by him go for well over 100 a pop. I won't be getting them psa'd, but people that know me from mma stuff, know my **** is legit. I will only do this for 4 people. If more are interested after that, I may be able to work something out with a graphing buddy to get a couple more. Not sure what he will charge though.

His fee for a baseball in 2006 was $750. Last I heard it was $1000 or so these days.

FYI....he's also not the hardest astronaut to get by any means. He's also not even the toughest living moonwalker.

Neil Armstrong is basicaly a recluse now a days, he's even stated how hes done signing autographs for people. Of course hes the most in demand astronaut so if you want him be prepared to pay some big dollars, or hope he does another book tour but with his age I wouldnt count on it. Aldrin was very cool when I got him at a book signing but he will not touch anything other than his book. He is doing a show at Kennedy Space Center in November for $400 base fee.

Yes, Armstrong is far and away the toughest astronaut these days. I heard rumors that he turned down a million dollar offer to sign for a major company a few years ago. He was terrific TTM for about 30 years until he just stopped signing in 1994. Dave Scott does some shows here and there, but he's much rarer than Buzz. Even Harrison Schmitt is tougher than Aldrin.

Niel Armstrong is actually THE most valuable autograph of any living person.

Well I guess hardest to get might have been a little overboard, but I know he is extremely difficult to get and like one member said, he will only touch his book. I'll have a baseball with me and maybe have my wife ask him to sign it, but I doubt it will get done. If it does get done, that won't be for sale. Anyone know how he is about taking photo's with people? I have to find out how much the books cost, but I'm guessing about 30.
