on SCN members have had many complaints with your services especially over this past weekend, my question is if i still do this signing (which i really want too but need your word on a few things) and he does not show will i be refunded my full amount of money? and will i get the color sharpie i asked for and the color i need amd place i want him to sign?
basically what i'm asking is if i do the mail in order with u will u go above and beyond your duty to makes sure everything is 100% safe sounds and to my liking in a well professional manor??

Yes, as long as you tell us where to sign etc and what color sharpie you would like it signed in we will do it. We will also try to take pictures of the items being signed as well. And if you are not happy you will be refunded 100%.

Just received this from SI KIng...

#1... I am pulling out of the Chris Johnson signing.

I am not comfortable with the partner I chose to work with and I am not happy with the feedback I've received or the customer service I've been offered by him. After doing some more homework, I found that he is only 16 years old as well. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but my reputation, my money and your money and items mean more to me than to take a risk on a deal with someone who I don't feel is up to par with the way I run my business and handle my fellow collectors and clients. If it's not done 100% the right way, then I have to take a pass. My apologies to you all.
Those of you who sent items in, will get a full refund including S&H. If you combined S&H with another order, then I will return the items back in one package.
