Darryl Strawberry free signing

Darryl Strawberry will be signing autographs from 5-6pm at the Brooklyn Cyclones game this saturday june 5th. It says on the site that he will be signing one per.

I will be going (not sure what I'm gonna do since I need to get some other stuff done for mahoning valley pre-game too), anyone else thinking of going?

yes july 5th, sorry.

I believe he is signing anything, the schmidt thing was sponsored by a drug company so it was a different set of rules.

Geez... I would LOVE to be able to go to this. He was my very favorite player when I was a kid. Man, I feel like I'm really missing out on this one. oh well.

I think I'm gonna try to go really early so I can hopefully run inside and be one of the first online, otherwise I might just skip out on him to get the mahoning valley stuff done (i already have a strawberry 8x10 signed).

I will also try to keep updating what signings they have in Brooklyn because most get anounced at the last moment (schmidt, strawberry). The only other signing listed now is Carl Erskine later this month.

You could try catching him on his way into the stadium. Few years ago I was getting some players as they arrived and he happensed to show up for something pregame (can't remember what). He stood and chatted a few min.
