I was there about 8:15 an was about 25th in line. By the time the mall opened at 10:00 there were still arm bands available. They cut off the arm band after you got the auto and it seemed pointless to get at the back of the line of people without arm bands to try to get another. Given that he only signed from 12-1, it was busy enough that people getting there after about 10:30 had to rely on his getting done quickly for them to get a graph.
