The reports on Lidge seem to indicate that he won't be activated for awhile and he is currently in Clearwater. Are you sure that he is still going to be there next Sat?

Right now, he is still scheduled to appear. The Phillies have the ring ceremony on Thursday. He may be coming in for that on Thursday and then pitch at Lehigh Valley on Saturday. If he does go to Lehigh Valley, he will most likely be at the show.
If that changes, I will let everyone know as soon as I know for sure.

He can't pitch for Lehigh Valley unless they think he is close to returning. He will probably fly up for the ring ceremony and stay through until the GM show. Once a player makes a minor league start, they have 20 days to be activated on the 25-man roster. This is why he is why he is doing extended ST as it is not a "minor league" game.

He pitched in Clearwater Sat. night and is sched. to appear tomorrow night for Clearwater. It does not sound like he is going to make the Ring Ceremony.

LOL Just read that about him pitching. He could fly up for the night to get his ring. It is only an NL Championship ring so he might not go out of the way.
