Talked to the promoter on the phone today and I should have all the details tomorrow from him. It looks like it will probaby be $15 per for his items and $20 per for yours. I dont really like this promoter at all, but unfortunately he is the only in the area that puts together signings. I will let anyone interested tomorrow all the details.

Going to be $20 for your item or $25 for his 8x10 and $50 for his mini. I bought a mini from scorehere.com for $16.99 and im gonna pay $20 for my item and still be $12.01 cheaper than him. Still willing to help anyone that needs him.
