All of those cards are already signed in Blue Sharpie (Justifiable/08JA) or Blue Staedler (rest of the 3) and none of them are streaked.

The quote said that the cards you already have signed are in blue sharpie OR blue staedtler. I was trying to ask which kind of pen (sharpie OR staedtler) would be used for the upcoming signing to see if I want to send anything in or not.
