Julio Teheran

Your initial post sounds to me like you were using nobody and only after ONYX stepped in and said he's their client did you then work with ONYX for a signing.
Your post again
"Julio Teheran
This is not an actually signing, but as long as he is with the MBraves (the stadium is 10 minutes from my house) I will be able to get things signed by him. He is a great signer and I am will to take items for 10 bucks per item plus return shipping. Just throwing this out there for people who might want him."
Only after they posted did you say you worked out a signing with them in Gwinnett. Just saying, it sounded like you were trying to make money off his autograph without his or ONYX's knowledge is all, which alot of people do on here. I don't fully support but am not 100% against either as I've worked out 2 deals with members because I didn't have anything to 50/50, that's all. But if players who sign freely see that they might be less inclined to sign or gives more power to what the agents feed the players in that we are all trying to make a quick buck and can ruin the hobby.

Look I pay 600 a year in season tickets for the Mississippi Braves so if I was trying to make 60 to 100 of it back, big deal. And yes once ONYX stepped in I was very happy to work a deal out with them. I am never against the players (especially minor league players) making money. My only reason for this signing is to help other people get his autograph and to let me get the enjoyment of hanging out with a pro player. Their is a good chance depending on how far I have to travel that I could barely break even too lose money on this deal. You act like its a crime to take advantage of a situation that will benefit me. I also see Deuce Mcallister quite a bit. He signs stuff for me to sell. I explain to him that's how I get my Ole Miss season tickets. This is not something I do to make a living. I am a married father of 3 and it helps me to support my sports fix, so if your rant was suppose to make me feel bad about this situation sorry it won't work. And most players that sign freely don't really care what you do with the items. Very seldom do people keep 10 to 15 items of the same person without selling them.

FYI... Julio is now considered THE top pitching prospect in baseball according to the newly released Baseball America rankings!! Congrats to Julio and good luck on the season.

On a side note, we will be assisting southeastgraphs during the signing session (keep in mind, southeastgraphs is fully responsible for your items and shipping). Everyone can be assured of Julio's best signature on all items (full signature) along with our authentication (COA and holograms that can be tracked on our website). This should be great chance for the Sportsgraphing community to get items signed that we would not normally charge a small rate (jerseys, large photos, etc...). We may also have a few game used items available for those who are interested (please go through southeastgraphs for pricing - since we don't want to take away his thunder:) ) The game used items normally sell out EXTREMELY quick on our site, so it's up to Southeastgraphs to hook those of you up.

We look forward to a GREAT signing!

Ok everyone just got prices for game used. which it will take at least a 2 order minimum to be able to buy game used. it is 100 for hats and 125 for a pair of cleats. They will be signed and inscribed game used by Mr. Teheran.

I'm not going to go into much detail about this because there is a whole thread dedicated to consignments pay destroying the hobby and I personally don't care what you do, but if you think it doesn't destroy the hobby and that players don't care, you are wrong. Thats why players are told not to sign certain cards/personalize, players(Julio for example) go from signing stacks of cards to only a few, I as well as other hobbyists get told "I know what your going to do with this your going to put it on ebay" or "I'm not signing your ebay ball". As I said, I'm no saint, I've paid a few people on here to get autographs for me because I didn't have anything to 50/50 and even if you changed your view, there are others that will still continue to do the same. My only gripe is it just degrades from the fun in graphing.
