He did for the jerseys, only like 2 jerseys were signed in the wrong color. The whole entire process was a mess. Any time you fly half way across the country and the signing doesnt take place because a players mom, that shows right there it was unorganized on their part. Goes to show, contract or not, you dont really have a backbone in these deals. Then to top of it off, ofcourse they arent going to refund me and money that was paid for the items that were messed up, so it comes out of my pocket. Anybody else have a similar situation happen? I know that dude on SCN that did the willie mays signing (or lack their of) had something similar happen but he just bailed on everybody which is wrong.

i guess for future signings make sure the contract says any messed up items must be refunded. and any items the athlete will not sign must be said up front.

Im beyond pissed off now. I didnt want to do this but what this guy has pulled is insane. He has more of our stuff at his house which is only 10 minutes away from me and for the past 10 days he still cant set up a simple meeting where i even say i can meet up with him anywhere he wants. I would suggest not dealing with this guy on future deals. Please feel free to send him your emails, texts, phone calls, as you have done me. I am not pushing responsibility on someone else, as i have set up this deal but this guy got his end of the deal and now wants to jerk us around.

*The basketballs, jersey, and shoes he has in his possession but constantly fails to meet up with me. The large flats are unsigned to my knowledge as he dropped the ball completely and said he would make it right. Ive heard excuse after excuse. Im finally making my frustration public because i have given him the benefit of the doubt way too many times in hopes he would make it right, and ofcourse he has failed miserably every time.
