Ive been collecting soley Philly autos for over 10 years ttm. According to my records, I'm 9 for 9 with Bowa over the last decade, every request had atleast 2 items.
I got him IP once as a 14-15 year old kid and I had him sign on of those 83 Topps leaders cards with Joe Morgan already on it. He looked at me like he was going to kill me when I asked him, but he did sign.
But I think $15 is a fair price on him if you need something of value signed.

Well, we are about to get hit with a huge snow storm, and Carl isn't sure if the signing is still going down tomorrow or getting postponed. So I am calling back at 10am to get the final verdict. I hope it is postponed because they are calling for 12-20inches of snow, and driving is going to be a bitch.
