I used one of the archival premade kits for the UV protected glass and metal frame for $30 plus shipping (I don't see the one I used on that link, but I'm sure you can search around for it), you can find them here Complete Archival Metal Photo Frame Presentations - Archival Series I. Then I went to a local framing shop, The Great Frame Up, and had them matte it for $20. Check out the local framing shops around your area for those archival ready made kits, because it's cheaper to get them locally.
