i've done the outside before...you may have a shot at a few of the smaller names who are great signers like sabathia and peavy outside, but it definitely is a madhouse. last year i was able to snag a couple guys, but its real tough since they are usually in a rush to get to the dinner and there are a ton of people...also there is no shot at being able to sneak into the dinner
