he was super cool to me at the show

he shook my hand thanked me for coming out and asked which pen and color i wanted

some ppl followed him to his car looking for freebies though which pissed him off

Thanks for the input. Once I put it in a display case I realized how off it looked. I called JP's and they're going to try and get a replacement from Steiner. Otherwise they'll refund. I'm disappointed but they have been very helpful and understanding thus far.
