Usually the photo booths are reserved for guys that really don't like to sign autographs. Roy Halladay isn't that much of a signer, and is in such high demand, while Carlos Ruiz seems to be trying to make a market for his autograph by limiting how much he signs (if you've seen his prices lately). Pence will likely be at an autograph table.

And guys, keep in mind that this takes place in Florida, not Philadelphia. I'm sure the people down in Florida who go to this probably have much less access to Pence as those in Philly.
