Yep Ken, same info as last year. If possible, please add a "prefers text" next to my name...last year I got too many calls to handle (for better or worse) and I'd prefer to shoot a few quick texts instead, if possible.

It's going to be very difficult to do swaps with a large spreadsheet given that the numbers won't be decoded until a couple of hours before the gates open. At that point, you will have a lot of people calling each other on a first come, first served for trades. I would suggest that interested parties meet at about 3 PM (gates open at 5) and just have people make offers for what they have and who they need. In the past, I have been able to do my trades by going down the exchange lines and trading a Rollins for a Hamels, etc. Also, if people have duplicates they don't need, they can either throw them into a trade to balance it if needed or offer them for sale at whatever the market bears.

Sounds good. Are there guys who will do inscriptions (like "2008 WS Champs"), or are they generally rushing through as fast as possible?

Hamels wouldn't sign under 08 ws logo at past phestivals. Some others will do inscriptions.
