I think that if you have a poor reputation in this business, the community here should help to prevent others from getting screwed. For this reason, I think promotion for additional events where these same people are involved, should be removed to prevent un-suspecting collectors from getting involved. It's part of the benefit of belonging to this board. If I get screwed on a deal from someone, I'm going to let people here know about it to protect honest collectors. In this situation, it appears that even if someone is nuts enough to pay those prices, they may not get what they're expecting based on this promoter's reputation.

this sums up my opinion. since this is a community and not simply a place to advertise a signing we should make sure only signings where we know the community is in safe and good hands are posted.

if some guy listed a pujols signing on craigs list would we post that?
