just got an email from one of my buddies up there saying it is 'already snowing'...but that the 'first real snow' is scheduled for Saturday. I am leaving in a few hours to drive up there and will throw a shovel in my trunk, lol...

I decided to not fight the crowds or weather for day two. Winning brings a lot of people to things like these. This success brought a ton of people who wouldn't otherwise by there. Getting around I felt was a lot harder this year because every person seemed to bring their whole family. I am a teacher and love kids but felt like toddlers weren't really needed at this event. I also noticed several players this year didn't sign outside of the places. I understand the tight time schedule and not wanting a mob to develop. I got less than 15 autographs and had so many players sign only one who typically would sign more. I ran into the crazy old lady at Autograph Line A again this year she managed to take my team ball and smug it. This was after she grabbed it from me and handed it to a player. So scrap that project and the 13 auto's on it. After driving around and trying to find an overnight parking lot I decided to come back to Louisville and ditch the last day. Anyone else have any thoughts?

My 12 hour drive from Florida turned into 14 hours both ways due to the snow on both travel days. We stayed at The Millineum. Originally thought it was going to be a waste of time after the first couple of lines but things turned out ok. The short haired frosted volunteer told me once for Two player that they are only suppose to sign one. I said mam there's 15 people in line and he still has 30 minutes to sign. Both players signed all. But it distracted me enough that they both signed in black. I even double dipped on Mario Soto and George Foster on Saturday.

i didnt either..odd how there were so many from this board and we never meet up..i always like matching up posts with people..i purposely wore a "green" pete rose jersey to try and stand out a lil bit...to me it like its taboo to meet a member..i just wanna see everyone get the most out of the event


the one great thing is, i pretty much confirmed ST up in AZ with buccopride!!!..kj
