Redsfest 2011

My 12 hour drive from Florida turned into 14 hours both ways due to the snow on both travel days. We stayed at The Millineum. Originally thought it was going to be a waste of time after the first couple of lines but things turned out ok. The short haired frosted volunteer told me once for Two player that they are only suppose to sign one. I said mam there's 15 people in line and he still has 30 minutes to sign. Both players signed all. But it distracted me enough that they both signed in black. I even double dipped on Mario Soto and George Foster on Saturday.

stayed there also room 422

I felt like it was so crowded on Saturday that you could only make it to the closest autograph station or you wouldn't be able to make it to another one before the line was "full" or cut-off. It was crowded enough that I told my wife to not bother coming since it was so crazy. Then Votto was announced at the kids only line. I only got 6 autos over both days inpart because I don't do cards even though they are easier to multiple-dip on, I didn't have help, and really only tried to get Chapman, Rolen, and Votto (I got all three).

I thought Friday was the worst, that was just me. Glad I didn't get there 3 hours early on saturday. KJ we were in 2107. And I do remember seeing you, just didn't realize it was you.

This was my second year and Saturday was rough and even deflating trying to get around and in the lines before cutoff. My biggest beef was Paul O'Neill only signing in the hall of fame area unannounced. Still had a good time but definitely was hoping for a few more sigs. The itch is back however so where we going next?

He was there on both Friday and Saturday. I think he also did a concert on Saturday.

he was there and he played music on stage..he normally has a huge EGO and thinks heis the BIG man at the event..i have never got"n his auto at any redsfest
