This brings me to another thought.. will Morneau do doubles if its cards at TwinsFest like most of the other players? I've never attempted it. I've gotten him on multiples before so I'm not sure about that. I don't really know how many people pay $15 and wait through a line for a few hours for a card.

I doubt it. They watch him like a hawk. They have one person who takes your item and hands it to the player just to prevent that.

He did two for a guy last year who asked if he could do both.

I figured it was possible. Its not something I would personally try with Morneau though.

He might, its worth a shot. Morneau is really cool, I couldn't see him not doing it.

Its worth a shot for just a casual fan. But I wouldn't push it with him, he already knows we have a ton of autos of him. To me it just seems rude.

Anybody Go To TwinsFest?

I went Friday and Saturday with my wife and kids, and Sunday alone. If you didn't waste your time standing in line for Morneau and Mauer, you could get a lot of autos.

Killebrew x5 (including his 55 topps rookie card (x2), a mini helmet, a Sport magazine and an 08 Goudey)
Oliva x2 on bats
Carew x2 (mini helmet and 08 Goudey)
Corey Koskie on a bobblehead and 03 Topps Heritage
Mudcat Grant on a '65 Topps and a ball
Denard Span x4 - 3- 8x10s and a mini helmet
Delmon Young x2 - 8x10 and 08 Goudey
Blyleven x2 - Twins publication and 00 gotg

and Slowey, Perkins, Punto, Nathan, Macri, Humber, Baker, Buscher, Hrbek, Gardenhire, Kelly, Smalley, Vavra, Harris, Morales, Korecky, Crain, Coomer, Castino and probably a few others I'm forgetting.

Also, my older son got Bob Feller and Fergie Jenkins who were on hand as well.

It was absolutely packed on Saturday, but we still managed to get through a lot of lines.

Did anyone else go?
