Alex Gordon Private Signing

Looks like in Alex Gordon's short career he has managed to be uncooperative enough to his fans that they flock to a signing where he is charging "only" $25. I guess his attitude has paid off nicely for himself. I understand he was a top draft pick and has potential, but so did Mike Kelly, Adam Johnson, and a host of other #2 picks that you wouldn't pay a dollar for now. I hope for all of your sake he is the next George Brett and not the next Phil Hiatt.

I am in for a Ball, got the email and it only mentioned Cards. Is he doing Balls?

He wasn't that bad in the Texas League - I probably got a dozen or so cards signed. Was actually rather friendly and was very nice to bbridger on the occasion his pen didn't work.

I got him three times in one day at Kauffman Stadium this past June. It helped that he was one of the guys signing before the Sunday game but he seemed to be a nice guy. He signed for quite a few people in the parking lot after the game that day too.

Looks like someone can't decide how much profit they want.

I called him originally and said we may have 3-4 balls because to be honest, I don't want to deal with anything other than cards. But alas a lot of you guys want balls so I called and $30 is the rate. You can always go to Tri Star and pay them $59 I believe. I make nothing on this deal.
