It was I believe The Beach Club (cool outdoor club) with the Beach Theme-probably a little before your time-I was 21 o2 22. He was drinking lots and people were finding stuff and getting $1 bills signed. People were sending him drinks,etc

Charles Barkley will be Banquet Speaker here in Beckley, WV for the Big Atlantic Classic Basketball Tourney on Sunday January 30 at the Raleigh County Armory
