yeah I called, one of my balls has "yellow spoting" on it, right inside of the HOF 89 inscr. One of the girls working there, will be getting one of the women who run the museum to call Johnny & his reps personally, in an effort to exchange some stuff out.

I had that 1 blemish, plus on my other ball that I requested him to inscribe "All Century Team" he put ACT99, I just wanted it spelled out.

The girl recited my paperwork back to me just now, & will hopefully get my issues corrected.

Got mine today. I got a ditto on Fresh's "ACT 99" inscription. Had I known he was acronym city, I would have passed on the $10 for that inscription amongst others (I got 5 different inscriptions amongst my 3 items). The 2 balls were loose in the box and the photo was sent without a toploader and underneath the balls. All in all, it is what it is. IMO not a great deal anymore but not overly gouging considering his normal pricing. The "COAs" are beyond cheesy and they charged me $3 more than I was quoted over the phone. Not sure why???

I guess I got lucky on mine. I didn't have any bleeding and it was packaged in a OMLB box within the larger box it was mailed in.

Got mine today as well (if nothing else, they did ship them promptly at least). It was packaged fine, isn't smudged, but the pen seemed to skip. Not great, not terrible.

Got my ball today too. And I have to say that for the price, I am more than pleased with what I received - it looks great!!!

He always puts ACT. Most of the items on his website have ACT99 on them. Even if you paid full price at a MAB show, I am pretty sure you aren't going to get "all century team".

I can understand not being happy about having the ink smeared, as that is not acceptable.
