Randy White heads a list of former and current Dallas Cowboys to appear at NFL Players Association Game Pre Game Party at Alamodome on February 5th

(San Antonio, Texas) – Legendary Dallas Cowboy and member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Randy White will be on hand to see fans prior to the NFL Players Association Game at the Alamodome on Saturday, February 5. White will appear on the North Plaza of the Alamodome along with former Cowboy stars Everson Walls and Leon Lett from 11:00 am-12:30 pm. Joining these big Cowboy stars of the past will be Tashard Choice, Alan Ball and Stephen McGee of the current Cowboys roster. These stars will be signing autographs at the NFL Players Association Pre Game Party prior to kickoff.

Randy White, who has also been a spokesperson for the NFL Players Association Game making many appearances in the San Antonio area and on TV and radio commercials, played his entire heralded pro football career with the Dallas Cowboys from 1975-1988. The number one pick of the 1975 NFL draft out of the University of Maryland missed one game in his 14-year career at defensive tackle. White was named All-Pro nine times and elected to nine Pro Bowls. He played in three Super Bowls, being named co-Most Valuable Player of Super Bowl XII and played in six NFC title games. White is also a member of the Cowboys Ring of Honor.

Everson Walls played nine seasons (1981-90) with the Cowboys as a cornerback and was named to the All Time Cowboys’ team in 1993 and the NFL All Decade Team of the 1980’s. Walls led the NFL in interceptions in 1981, 82, and 85. Loved by the fans, Walls participated in four Pro Bowls. He also played with the New York Giants and Cleveland Browns.

Known in his playing days as the “Big Cat”, Leon Lett will appear along with the other former and current Cowboys. Lett, who starred with the Pokes at defensive tackle and appeared in two Pro Bowls, coaches the defensive tackles at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Lett’s Cowboy career went nine years and he retired after a season with Denver.

Three members of the current Cowboy roster will be a part of the All American Experience including third year running back from Georgia Tech Tashard Choice who teams with Marion Barber and Felix Jones in the Cowboys backfield. Cornerback Alan Ball will join Choice for the events along with former Texas A&M quarterback and Cowboy backup QB Stephen McGee. McGee, a former resident of San Antonio, started the last two games of the season for Dallas filling in for the injured Tony Romo and Jon Kitna.

The NFL Players Association Pre Game Party will take place on the North Plaza of the Alamodome from 11:00am until kickoff. Cowboy Legends and current players will be signing autographs between 11:00am until 12:30pm. Autographs will be limited and granted on a first come, first served basis as time permits. There will be a limit of one autograph per person per player. No individual photos will be granted and fans must have a ticket to the NFL Players Association Game to have access to Legend and active players signing autographs. Fans are encouraged to bring something for the special guests to sign. Players will not have paper or photos to sign. Local radio stations The Beat 98.5FM and Estero Latino 92.9FM will be broadcasting LIVE from the North Plaza. Kid's activities, sponsor booths including the United States Airforce and Cricket Communications, as well as, classic hot rods from San Antonio's own Pushrods Custom Car Club will also be on site to kick-off the festivities for the NFL Players Association Game.

About the NFL Players Association Game:

Former Houston Oiler and Atlanta Falcons head coach Jerry Glanville will coach Team Nation against former Dallas Cowboy Bill Bates for Team Texas. UTSA head football coach Larry Coker will assist Bates with Team Texas. The NFL Players Association Game will feature NFL draft-eligible senior college football players with connections to the State of Texas in an all-star game against players from all other states. Over 400 players who have played in the NFL Players Association Game have gone on to sign NFL contracts over the game’s four-year history. The 2011 event will be the first time the game has been played in San Antonio after spending its first four years in El Paso, Texas. Kickoff is at 1:00 pm CST on Saturday, February 5, 2011 in San Antonio’s Alamodome. Tickets are on sale now at the Alamdome box office for as low as $10. A lower level $25 ticket is also offered which includes a hot dog and soft drink. Club level $25 ticket does not include concession items. Former Negro Leaguers John "Mule" Miles and Dennis Biddle will be signing at the Lackland AFB BX, four days Feb 20-23 from 1000 - 1600 (that's 10:00 am - 4:00 pm for you civilian pukes).

I have access to Lackland and can 50/50 "Mule" Miles on his Allen & Ginter card. If you are interested PM me.
