The autograph session, Richmond International Raceway photo-ops and prize giveaways are free and open to the public. Autographs will be limited to the first 100 guests who visit the RIR display on Pennsylvania Avenue and receive a wristband, starting at 10 a.m. One autograph per person. In order to ensure each person receives an autograph, there will be no photos with the driver.
