If anyone is interested in Luis Encarnacion you can send me your cards and I'll see if I can track him down. Based on the information I got from my contact, it sounds like Encarnacion is now training players and trying to get them signed with MLB teams. This means he's likely to be "around" in May-July when all the scouts bring kids out to the facilities to showcase them. Your cards might not get done in January but if you're willing to wait until the summer they will get done.

I talked with Luis Encarnacion today and we are on for a signing next week. He's been a toughie for Royals fans to track down.
