it looks like this isnt going to happen :-(

In order to try and facilitate this for everyone i wrote sammy and offered to do the signing in decemeber, when i had to be in asheville for buisness, so i wouldnt have to charge for gas and could give 100% of the proceeds to him. However, since i declined his demand to send 100% of the money upfront, i have had no response

This is sad as this was truely a win-win...folks getting something they needed, and he would get $ that he could really use...i was really looking forward to helping folks on the board out and getting to meet him and talking about the 1980s redsox teams i grew up watching...unfortuitly, the years of drug abuse and people taking advantage of him have made mr. stewert turn away those trying to help him
