i always go first vip option too. its so worth it . hope some michigan wolverines show up. would still love to see larry fitz. prob. a bundle though. who else from xliii will they have ? warner ?
I may be wrong but I think Sportsfest is dead and Fans Edge by Schwartz in July replaces it. I think anyways. Mounted Memories still has some sort of stake in these Sun-Times shows but I'm not sure exactly how. Neither MM or Schwartz did the COAs in the autograph area in November. PSA/DNA was the only authentication that I saw

WOW !! they added a bunch of crap ! bob feller (not too bad) and rashaan sallam ???!!!!!!!!!!! are you kidding . and for vip . ken rudolph ??!?!?! from cubs . and tom paciorek from white sox !!!!!!!!? really . this is what happens , a crap show. its just my opinion. i looked at all the gtsm shows. like san jose and kansas city show. WOW ! they get Landanion thomilson , mcfadden , banks , issac bruce , sanantinio holmes troy aikman ! , jim kelly , REGGIE BUSH , faulk , brees, , etc. its all going down hill in chicago. we are supposed to have the all stars.... not san jose or k.c. CHI-TOWN. really hope the rest of saturdays guys are superstars . come on !

i hope they still add either bruce smith or rod woodson. i think im still only going saturday. for sure not friday, with that line-up. sunday i could use dennis lamp, but not worth the trip, plus another $99 for the vip package.
I disagree with you guys. I think the lineup is fairly good, provided they still add impact guys like they say they are. Salaam for $19 is good for Heisman guys and Feller and Monte Irvin are great guys for just under $20. If I didn't already have Rose I'd go Friday night for sure. I think the VIPs are what they are, retired local guys. Paciorek was really popular in town here as an announcer. I'm not into the 85 Bears thing but I think there are good guys here Saturday. Dan Marino, Ozzie Smith, Earl Campbell, and Joe Greene are HOF'ers and popular ones at that. Is it perfect? Far from it, but besides Marino there aren't any guys here who are super expensive

I personally like the Salaam fee at $19 per on any item. I'm not sure who was talking about the tomlinsons, brees, ect in KC, and San Jose, but i can tell you i have seen them at the football spectacular for 3 years straight back home in NJ, and there prices are insane every time. Tomlinson was $275 / flat every time and everything else went up from there. Reggie Bush was $250 / flat and everything else went up from there. Aikman is always a solid $225 / flat at the show as they bring in 1,000,000 cowboys year after year. Marshall Faulk was decently priced for a former league mvp and super bowl champ but even he came in at $175 / flat with the prices going up from there. Mcfadden did something earlier this year at $119 / flat. Finally Drew Brees has been at every football spectacular at 99 / flat. Sure its a great price, but the guy signs for everybody on sunday's before and after the games. If you want some of those guys take a trip to NJ for the football spectacular because odds are you won't be able to afford more than maybe 2 autographs, plus you need to buy the nice item unless you already have it to get the player to sign.
I just miss the days when the VIPs were guys like Charley Taylor, Leroy Kelly, Joe DeLamelleiure, etc. However, I do need quite a few of Paciorek and Lamp, so yes, the VIP is the way to go for me again this show.
PS I agree with the post about the Heisman and Salaam for $19. Too bad they can't get Kordell Stewart and Michael Westbrook in as well. What a powerhouse that Colorado team was.
