Received my bent and dinged 8x10 yesterday... why were they shipped in bubble mailers and not photomailers?

Been having this problem with the 8x10s, I didn't package the 8x10s or cards out, only the bats and balls. Saw the cardboard inserts used in the 8x10s were really unstable, so I expected there to be some issues. Send it on back and I'll send a replacement 8x10, and a refund of the postage paid to ship it back. Would have preferred this to be private messaged, as it is quite an easy fix.
